Guía: Cómo vincular el ID de Facebook con el ID de Juego

Aquí tienes una guía paso a paso sobre cómo vincular tu ID de Facebook con tu cuenta de Play ID (para aquellos que pueden iniciar sesión pero perdieron su personaje, NO CREEN UN PERSONAJE NUEVO. Sigue amablemente las instrucciones que se indican a continuación para recuperar tu cuenta):

1. 1. Verifica la información del ID de usuario con respecto a Facebook Open ID. Puedes hacerlo yendo a Configuración > Aplicación y Sitio web > Autenticación de Play ID > Ver y Editar. Los jugadores deben tomar nota de la dirección de correo electrónico utilizada y el ID de usuario que se muestra en la parte inferior de la página.

Nota: En caso de que los usuarios no puedan ver el Open ID, significa que han eliminado el permiso de nuestra aplicación de su cuenta de Facebook.

2. Crea una nueva cuenta de Play ID. Recuerda completar detalles importantes como Nombre, Fecha de Nacimiento, etc. Después de finalizar el registro, abstente de iniciar sesión en el juego o utilizar el sistema de recarga hasta que se complete este proceso.

Nota: La nueva cuenta de Play ID no debe tener personajes en el juego previamente.

3. Guide: How to link Facebook ID with Play ID

Here’s a step by step guide on how to bind your Facebook ID with your Play ID Account (For those who are able to login but lost their character, DON’T CREATE A NEW CHARACTER. Kindly follow the instructions stated below to retrieve your account):

1. Check User ID information regarding Facebook Open ID. You may do this by going to Settings > App and Website > Play ID Authentication > View and Edit. Players should take note of the Email Address used and User ID shown at the bottom of the page.

Note: In case users can’t see the Open ID, it means they have deleted the permission of our app from their Facebook account.

2. Create a new Play ID Account. Remember to fill up important details such as Name, Birthday, etc. After finishing the registration, please refrain from logging into the game or using the refill system until this process is completed.

Note: The new Play ID must not have any characters in the game before. 

3. To complete the process, file a ticket with our E-support system (under “Bug Report/Bug Enquiry”) with the following details:

• Facebook Open ID (User ID):
• Facebook Registered Email Address:
• Facebook Registered Name:
• Link of Facebook Account:
• Playpark ID:
• IGN:
• Character Level:

For security purposes, we kindly ask players to attach a “selfie” of themselves holding their ID. It is important to note that this process is entirely voluntary and is at the discretion of the player.

4. For those who were able to successfully bind their Faceook ID with their new Playpark ID before November 20, will receive the following compensation rewards:

Kindly make sure all details are provided and correct for a faster process. We aim to respond to players as soon as possible and resolve the filed tickets within 3 working days.
